welcome to

Soaring with Him!

Birds flee from storms. It’s in their DNA. They see the storm clouds forming in the horizon and run for coverage.

But not Eagles.

Eagles look at the storm clouds and charge them. The use their mighty wings to fly in high speed towards the heights, and often charge the stormy clouds because they know it:

There is peace above them.

When they reach the heights, they lock their wings and SOAR.

God designed them to do so.

What if i told you that yahweh designed you the same way?

Listen to my welcome video and let’s connect, grow and serve the Lord together!

Testimonials

Patricia’s Writing & Speaking

“Although I’ve been a passionate follower and student of Jesus for over 35 years, I often find myself in the tension between what I say I believe and how I live. In Twelve Inches, Patricia Holbrook takes us on a journey to bridge that gap with deep faith. Step by step she walks us over the bridge toward a destination of abundant life in Jesus. I’ve finished Patricia’s book with my hands full of the tools I need to live a greater faith!”

Amy Carroll, Proverbs 31 Ministries Speaker & Writer, Author of Breaking Up with Perfect

“Twelve Inches felt less like a book and more like a conversation with a faithful friend. Full of transparency, vulnerability, and faithfulness to the truth of God–this powerful book hit home in so many ways. Patricia’s words comfort and challenge, reveal and refocus, humble and help. This work is a beautiful gift to the body of Christ and I cannot recommend it enough.”

Audra Haney, Writer/Producer for the 700 Club

“I greatly enjoyed this extremely thought-provoking book that leads to the answer of a very important question: How can I develop a deep and meaningful relationship with God, beyond a mere intellectual knowledge of Him? How can I keep on believing when troubles strike and my emotions get on the way of great faith? I believe this book contains the Biblical principles that, if applied, have the power to transform hearts and minds and encourage many to serve Him wholeheartedly. I highly recommend it!”

Eleni Leite, Precept Ministries International / Portuguese Speaking Countries – Director

“Patricia Holbrook’s book Twelve Inches has truly awakened me spiritually and reminded me that being God’s child is about more than going to church and being a good person. Her personal testimonies and candor bring reality to the pages, making her teachings very relevant. I will be sure to stay focused on Jesus in all I do, and in difficult times tell my heart what I know about God: He is my Healer, Deliverer, Constant Friend and Savior. Thank you, Patricia for following the leading of God’s Spirit to write this book. It will be a blessing to all who read it!”

George Saffo, Content Acquisition Manager – iDisciple, LLC

“In Twelve Inches, author Patricia Holbrook offers a poignant collection of essays that are a guide to eliminating the barriers that keep us from that intimate communion with our Lord and Savior. Through her own personal trials and observations of our struggling world, she shares how to rid ourselves of distractions to draw closer to Christ. She urges all of us to look closely how to meld the Twelve Inches that separate our hearts and our minds to live a more spiritual life.  A must-read for any Christian aspiring to strengthen their faith.”

Richard L. Jackson, producer, “90 Minutes in Heaven”, chairman, Family Christian Stores

“Twelve Inches is an eye opening reminder of God’s infinite love for His children. With complete honesty, Patricia has allowed her readers to realize the unfiltered truth behind our disconnection with the Father and all that He desires for us. She has remarkably captured in her own life’s experience the essence of building the “Twelve inch bridge” and a compelling challenge for us to do the same! Beautifully written, it is a book that every Believer should read and share with a lost friend or loved one.”

Rodney Brooks, Minister of Music, First Baptist Church of Atlanta

“Loneliness. Loss. Cancer. Patricia Holbrook has been through enough personal trials to know what it feels like to wonder what God is up to, even sometimes doubting his goodness. Twelve Inches is a book about trusting God, even through life’s darkest trials, on the road to experiencing the truth of God’s immeasurable love regardless of your circumstances.”

Carol Smith, Area Coordinator, Operation Christmas Child

Kimberly Rae, Award-winning author of 20 books

“The distance may be short but the journey can take a lifetime. In Twelve Inches, Patricia bridges the gap between your emotions and what you know about God. This book will help you begin to walk in the spiritual reality and maturity you long for. Patricia shares her own journey in a way that will help you live your life as a vibrant Christian. You’ll discover, twelve inches is all it takes to love the Lord with all your heart and with all your mind.”

Lisa Ryan, Christian TV Host, author, speaker

“Patricia has given us a great tool to help us understand the difference between how we feel and what we know to be true. This is an easy read with real life stories and examples of how God has worked in her life and how He can work in yours.”

Yvonne Conte, Day of Joy Ministries, Fort Myers, FL

“In a knowledgeable and loving manner, Twelve Inches helps us better understand our personal faith in God, while compelling us to build our 12-inch brain-to-heart bridge in order to prevent our emotions from guiding our destiny. It’s an insightful and helpful resource to help us learn that God has so much more for us than what we have experienced.

As Patricia helps us understand how to ‘bridge the gap between how we feel and what we know about God’, we are reminded that God has the power to redo and remake us in a unique way. The society in
which we live needs to hear this. A very important read.”

Mary Gellerstedt, Director, Global Missions – First Baptist Church of Atlanta

“I have known Patricia and Steve for many years. They are the real deal and I am blessed to count them as friends. You owe it to yourself to read the book and to learn from Patricia’s experience with trials, temptation, testing and trusting the Lord. The counsel she provides in this book is biblical and born out of personal experience. Read the book, have her speak for your event, get to know her and get to know Him better!”

Pastor Jim Haines, Minister to Boomers and Seniors, First Baptist Dallas
